What do I need to get started with SonoSuite?

To access SonoSuite’s all-in-one-platform you must be a music business like a record label, an artist and label management, a distributor, or an aggregator.

For this reason, during the onboarding process, you’d need to provide official documentation such as a tax number (like a VAT or GTS number), or an active bank account registered under the company name.

Once the legal documentation is approved, to get started and set up the platform, there’s a small activation fee gets charged once.

How do I choose the right plan for my business?

When will I be invoiced?

You will be billed monthly. The first invoice will be sent 60 days after the activation of your account. A standard fee is charged at the time of your activation. Once-only. Can I cancel my SonoSuite account?

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to leave us. But yes, you can cancel your SonoSuite account anytime. Contact your account manager to find out what steps you need to follow. However, if you change your mind and want to come back, we’re waiting for you! Contact our team to sign up again, anytime.
